Please arrive 10 minutes before your grading slot and ensure all AG Martial Artsuniform is worn. Parents cannot stay in the room during the grading examination.
An additional late fee will be charged of £10 for bookings made after 1 week before the grading day. This will then change to £20 for bookings made after 3 days before the grading day. Please book the grading in advance to avoid additional admin charges.
Requirements
3 tags on belts are a requirement:
🔴 Red (Ethos) Tag: Awarded for attendance, behaviour, and black belt attitude.
🔵 Blue (Fitness) Tag: Given for achieving their level of physical fitness.
🟢 Green (Syllabus) Tag: For mastering the required techniques and knowledge.
You can still book your grading, but you must have all tags by the grading date. If tags are not achieved it by the grading date, a full refund is given. Everyone is recommended to book and secure their slot in advance.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start time, note there is no on-site parking.
Full white uniform is required; no casual wear. Parents will not be allowed to wait in the venue. Students later than 5 minutes will automatically be classed as a fail. Photos will be taken and shared on the day. If you have any issues, please contact your instructor.
🏅 Rewards and Recognition
Results will be announced in classes 7 days after the grading. Belts and certificates will be given in class 1 week after.
Exceptional performers may receive distinction passes on the day.
Students who have not pass their grading will be told via phone call beforehand.
